Marches and clashes on the six-month anniversary of the Rabaa and Nahda sit-in dispersals led to the death of two people Friday, including a 12 year-old boy who died from birdshot injuries. Al-Ahram reported that the boy was killed while watching a demonstration from his balcony in the Upper Egypt city of Samalut, in Minya Governorate. Aswat Masriya claimed that the boy's parents blamed the Brotherhood for his death. Security forces arrested three alleged pro-Morsi protesters who were in possession of shotguns and live ammunition. Aswat Masriya also reported that one man was killed in Damietta when locals tried to disband a Brotherhood march from forming in the Nile Delta village of Tabl. Clashes between security forces and protesters also took place near Rabaa Square, but were dispersed with tear gas. The Anti-Coup Alliance, the largest pro-Morsi opposition bloc founded after Mohamed Morsi's ouster on 3 July, has called for a week of protests starting Friday in observance of the six-month anniversary of the Rabaa and Nahda sit-in dispersals. This week's protests were organised under the slogan "Rabaa, Icon of the Revolution". Hundreds of pro-Morsi supporters were killed when security forces cleared the camps. Various marches took place in suburbs of Cairo and Giza, but clashes were limited and resulted in no deaths.
