CAIRO: Essam Al-Hadari said he has become the happiest man in the world after he patched things up with Ahly fans, following the recently-concluded Confederations Cup. Al-Hadari indicated that he is ready to rejoin Ahly, amid reports suggesting that the Egyptian champions are pondering the move. I am under Ahly s command and I m ready to return at anytime without any conditions, he said. Al-Hadari s notorious departure to Sion in February 2008 triggered a state of dismay among Ahly s fans and board alike. The veteran goalie, who is set to leave Sion, offered a public apology, though after a turbulent season with the Swiss side.
