CAIRO: Head of the Salafi Nour Party Younis Makhioun on Tuesday threatened to withdraw from today's national dialogue session held at the presidential palace in Cairo following his objection to the order in which the parties will speak. Makhioun said that the opportunity to speak first was given to parties whom he called “smaller” than his. On his part, presidential advisor and member of the national dialogue committee Ayman Ali said, “The order is not meant to belittle anyone and it was based on the seating arrangement.” The first assurance we demand is forming a technocratic or political cabinet that groups all powers, Makhioun stated during his speech. The second guarantee is ensuring judicial supervision and the third is providing political parties with the databases of voters, Makhioun added. He also said that the number of voters for each ballot box should not exceed 2000. The Nour Party came second in the parliamentary elections held last year. BN
