NAIROBI: Yu Mobile (Essar Telecom Kenya Limited) has extended a contract with Cerillion Technologies who provide customer management systems such as CRM Plus that is strategic to deliver up to par telecoms management services. It is noted that the two companies have had a joint venture that has lasted for close to three years as Yu Mobile (Essar Telecom Kenya Limited) use Cerillion's CRM Plus, Service Manager and Interconnect Manager systems to support their activities. “Cerillion systems have played a crucial role in the company's successful first three years of business,” said Madhur Taneja, Country Manager at Yu Mobile (Essar Telecom Kenya Limited). Louis Hall, CEO at Cerillion Technologies added, “Africa is an extremely dynamic market with a huge opportunity for those prepared to make the commitment and investment.” Yu Mobile is among one of the major telecommunications industries in Kenya such as Bharti Airtel, Safaricom Kenya and Orange Kenya. Yu Mobile established its market space locally November 2008 and it has since been in an arena of major titans although the company has been growing despite its competition. Cerillion Technologies is a provider of CRM systems as well as mediation and provisioning solutions to fixed, mobile, IP and convergent telecom operators worldwide.
