He stressed that he had previously demanded not to select the members of the Constituent Assembly from the Members of the Parliament, and if the court ruling that halted the formation of the recently dissolved Assembly, ended the controversy experienced during the past period, the political forces are expected to take into account the considerations of consensus and representation of all the segments of the society, without the exclusion of any political current or any class of the society. “We do not want another circumvention intended to give certain political forces privileges at the expense of the rest of the forces, and the Constituent Assembly must represent all Egyptians, and the representation of all groups, where most of the society groups have no representation at the parliament, and especially women, youth, workers, Sufis, Copts and Nubians, and above all, legal expertise and Egyptian intellectuals who must lead the process of writing the Constitution, based on their possession of knowledge and objectivity.
