Airtel offers customers 50% bonus, Free 2GB on data plans

LAGOS: Airtel Nigeria has announced that its customers across the country can now enjoy a 50% bonus plus a complimentary 2GB data bundle courtesy of the company's newly introduced 3.75G platform, which offers High Speed Mobile Internet.
The company says it is also offering one free one-month subscription for BlackBerry users who activate a two- month plan. While all new customers on the network enjoy a bonus N100 airtime on any recharge from N100 and above, plus complimentary 10MB data valid for seven days.
The Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Airtel Nigeria, Rajan Swaroop stated that the introduction of the 3.75G platform is consistent with its objective of offering customers quality, innovative and affordable value offerings.
He said “We have come to make another important statement as we seek to respond directly to the demands of our esteemed customers, who themselves are responding to the stimulus of global technological advancement and modern trends.

To activate and experience the Airtel 3.75G data speed transmission, customers will send a product code via SMS to 141 or dial *141*1# on their mobile device. While the data bundle plans can be easily activated via My Airtel My Offer (MAMO) toll-free Interactive Voice Response on 141 as well as the other routes like Airtellive.com and selfcare.ng.airtel.com
