SIMI VALLEY: Instead of promoting fear on the 10th anniversary of 9/11, the organization Unity in Spiritual Community of Simi Valley, California, is launching the first Spiritual Expo Simi Valley on Sunday, September 11, to spread the message of unity. In collaboration with the global movement of One The Event in Seattle, Washington, the Spiritual Expo works to help community members move away from fear to expressions of love for all. To acknowledge that though we are multi-regional, multicultural, multifaceted and multilingual – we are One in our humanity. Our intention is to light up the planet in creating a world that works for all and to fulfill the vision of the highest expectation of what's possible for humankind. Activities planned for the Expo include an interfaith panel, spiritual speaker, success consultant, live music, spiritual dance performers, and best of all – it's vegan-friendly. BM
