CAIRO: Three prominent American Senators called for allocating tens of millions of dollars in investment to boost business in Egypt and Tunisia, as the two Middle Eastern countries move toward democracy. The proposal was submitted by Foreign Relations Committee Chairman John Kerry of Massachusetts, who said on Thursday that the funds would take existing money in the State Department budget, allocating $60 million for Egypt, and $20 million for Tunisia, as an investment in the future of the Arab world, the Associated Press reported. AP reported that Senator John McCain of Arizona joined Kerry`s call as well as Homeland Security Committee Chairman Joe Lieberman. BM
