Supreme Constitutional Court in Cairo Egypt's Supreme constitutional Court keeped the case of appeals on the unconstitutionality of the dissolution of Shura Council until preparing report. Egypt's Supreme constitutional Court looked early today the appeals on the unconstitutionality of the dissolution of Shura Council along with the two lawsuits filed by Eng. Anwar Sobh and Ex- MP Mohamed El-Omda against the constitutional Court authority after its verdict to dissolve Egypt's People's Assembly. Eng. Anwar Sobh and Ex- MP Mohamed El-Omda filed a lawsuit before the administrative court to appeal on the resolution of the announcement of victory of freedom and Justice and Salafi Nour party Candidates during the 1st round of the previous People's assembly elections which enabled them to join the runoff round. Cairo Administrative court sees running elections on individual seats while belonging to a certain party is unconstitutional matter, so it referred it to the Supreme constitutional Court which announced that running elections on individual seats for both parties candidates is unconstitutional, then court added that two thirds of parliament seats are void without receiving any appeals or lawsuits regarding this issue, then announced the dissolution of the parliament which doesn't have the right to do so.
