Morad Mowafy with President Morsi The Egyptian Intelligence had confirmed knowledge of threats of terrorist attacks targeting security checkpoints in Sinai prior the Rafah attack that resulted in the death of 16 police and army men, spy chief Mourad Mowafy told Al-Masry Al-Youm. Mowafy added in a statement, upon his meeting with President Mohamed Mursi yesterday, that the information received did not include the time or location of the attack.
