Egypt Prime Minister Hisham Kandil met with Judge Hatem Bagato, chairman of the Constitutional Court's board of commissioners and the nominee for Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Minister, on Tuesday, Al-Jazeera reported. A cabinet reshuffle, which does not include the justice and information ministries, is expected to be announced this afternoon. The new government officials will take their oath of office, before President Mohamed Mursi, prior to his departure to Brazil later today.
