Egypt's largest ceramics maker Cleopatra Group is intending to establish two factories for ceramics, porcelain and their derivatives with total investments of 6 billion Egyptian pounds ($368.5 million) during the next year, Mohamed Abou el-Enein -group's chairman- told Amwal Al Ghad. He added that building the two factories will increase the company production capacity by 50 percent, pointing out that one factory will be build in Ain Sokhna and the other in 10th of Ramadan industrial complex. He further noted that the two factories will provide about 8-10 thousand jobs, bringing the number of workers to 35 thousand, which currently stands at about 25 thousand workers. Abou el-Enein added that Cleopatra Group proudly partecipates in the growth of Egypt and in global economy developement through continuous investments in all its business division.
