Egypt's minister of manpower and immigration, Khaled Al Azhary, discussed with the acting chief of fine arts, Yasser Sedek, the labor market's needs of untraditional professions. Al Azhary affirmed that the ministry seeks developing the vocational training system; therefore the Syndicate of Fine Artists showed 14 untraditional professions that Egyptian market needs to cover the deficit in these professions, particularly textile field. The minister ordered the relevant sector in the ministry to study signing the cooperation protocol with the training centers and the syndicate, as they represent a great number of trainees o these professions. He pointed out that the training policies will be for direct operating, as well the employers' real need; wood industries, accessories, textile, pottery, colored glass, photography, wire screen, sculpture and handmade carpets. Yasser Saded, on his side, said the aim 0f cooperating with the ministry is also for activating the roles of the syndicates, non-governmental organizations and relevant civil society institutions so as to form a system for training the youth to enter the market.
