ASEC Engineering to increase its business volume to EGP1.5 bln in years

ASEC Engineering and Management seeks to increase its business volume to 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds during the next 5 years compared to current business volume of 900 billion pounds.
wasseem Abdallah business development director at Asec engineering told Amwal Al Ghad that his company is working on operating number of cement factories in favour of others.
ASEC Engineering is already operating and maintaining 6 cement plants including 8 production lines within Egypt with capacity of 12.5 million tons annually.
ASEC Engineering is also engaged in operating 4 cement factories in favour of others outside Egypt. The company seeks to increase the number of factories it is operating abroad to 15 factories with in the next 5 years.
ASEC Engineering and Management, the leading Cement Plant O&M service provider in Egypt and MENA region has signed a contract with Cimento Nacionale Ltda for the Operation and Maintenance of its Cement production plant near the city of Maputo the Capital of Mozambique. Cimento Nacionale Ltda is the second largest producer of cement in Mozambique.
Arab Swiss Engineering Company (ASEC) was established on June 5, 1975, as the first joint venture between national Egyptian Cement Company and the Swiss-based Holderbank for Management and Consultancy. It all started with the notion of introducing the advanced know how and technology of the Holderbank group to Egypt. The late Omar Guemei, who represented Holderbank at that time, unleashed the idea and nurtured it from a small office in El Zamalek to a regional leader for plant engineering and consultancy.
