EGX 30 Tumbles 0.33%, TMG Shares 1.72% Down; Wednesday Closing

During Wednesday closing session, the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) has posted losses of EGP 763million as the capital market has amounted to EGP 356.987 billion.
The main index, EGX30 tumbled 0.33% to close at 5161.93 p. EGX20 fell by 0.32% to end at 5999.62 p.
Meanwhile, the mid- and small-cap index, the EGX70 inched higher 0.78% to conclude at 459.71 p. Price index EGX100 increased by 0.43% to finish at 790.36 p.
Traded volume reached 111.283 million securities worth EGP 324.163 million, exchanged 22.344 thousand transactions.
This was after trading in 174 listed securities; 71 declined 80 advanced while 23 keeping their previous levels.
Egyptians and Arabs were net buyers seizing 78.19% and 5.47% respectively, of the total markets, with a net equity of EGP 4.549 million and EGP 6.527 million excluding the deals.
On the other hand, non-Arab Foreigners were net sellers seizing 16.35% of the total markets, with a net equity of EGP 11.077 million excluding the deals.
Leading Shares:
EGX's leading shares witnessed collective downwards except for the shares of Talaat Moustafa Group (TMGH.CA) which jumped by 1.81% to end at EGP 4.50.
Orascom Telecom Media & Technology Holding:
Shares of Orascom Telecom Media & Technology Holding (OTMT.CA) led EGX downwards as they dived by 1.72% to finish at EGP 0.57.
Orascom Telecom Holding:
Orascom Telecom Holding (OTH) (ORTE.CA) sank by 1.38% to conclude at EGP 3.58.
EFG-Hermes Holding:
Shares owned by EFG-Hermes Holding (HRHO.CA) slumped by 1.13% to close at EGP 11.34.
Commercial International Bank:
The shares of Commercial International Bank- Egypt (CIB) (COMI.CA) dropped by 0.56% to close at EGP 28.65.
Orascom Construction Industries:
Orascom Construction Industries (OCIC.CA) kept Tuesday's levels to finish at EGP 274.01.
Citadel Capital:
Shares owned by Citadel Capital (CCAP.CA) maintained Thursday's levels at EGP to end at 3.12.
