Egypt's property developer IHome Real Estate Company plans to carry out a residential flagship in Georgia, its head of commercial sector Hisham El-Kady told Amwal Al Ghad on Thursday. The firm seeks to launch the project, set to be spanning over 10 feddans, by mid-2018, El-Kady said. "The company has purchased the land plot," El-Kady said, referring that IHome is currently preparing the market studies, in cooperation with a Georgian firm, on the project, which is designed to attract Georgian customers in the first place. IHome has recently purchased 25 feddans in Egypt's anticipated new administrative capital to implement a fully-fledged urban project within the upcoming period, the Egyptian official said.
