UAE-based Emaar Hospitality Group is planning to develop Vida Marassi Marina, a major leisure development with 120 hotel rooms and suites offering a refreshing ‘marina tourism' experience. This marks the first project under its Vida Hotels and Resorts brand in Egypt, and marks the third hotel project by the Emaar Group in the country, said a statement from the Emirati developer. The other hotel projects are Address Marassi Beach Resort and Address Marassi Golf Resort + Spa. The latter hotels are operated by Address Hotels + Resorts, the premium luxury hotel and serviced residences brand.
