The top 10 Egyptian leasing firms at April-end

The Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) reveals in a recent report the biggest leasing companies in the country on terms of market share at the end of April 2017.
GB Lease, part of Ghabbour Auto Company, has ranked first registering a market share of 15.36 percent, with volume of finances reached 1.313 billion Egyptian pounds ($73 million) at the end of April.
Corporate Leasing Company – CORPLEASE has come in second position, with a 12.61 percent market share and volume of finances amounting to 1.078 billion pounds, the report showed.
Al Tawfeek Leasing Co. was in the third place having a market share of 11 percent and a volume of leasing finances worth 981.57 million pounds.
EFG Hermes Leasing, a wholly-owned unit of EFG Hermes Holding Group, has ranked fourth with a 9.48 percent market share and volume of leasing finances worth 810.72 million pounds. at the end of April 2017.
Technolease for Financial Leasing has come in the fifth position recording an 8.85 percent market share and volume of leasing finances worth 757.43 million pounds.
Reaching the sixth position, Nile Financial Leasing Company, part of Al Ahly for Development and Investment (ADI), has secured an 8.10 percent market share at the end of March 2017.
Al Ahly Leasing Company (ALC), the leasing arm of the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), has ranked seventh with a 7.98 percent market share and volume of finances worth 682.45 million pounds.
International Co. for Leasing (Incolease) has captured the eighth position with a market share of 7.31 percent and volume of finances worth 625.21 million pounds at April-end. QNB AlAhli Leasing Company, part of QNB AlAhli Bank, has come in the ninth position, with a 3.17 percent and volume of finances amounting to 270.88 million pounds.
Global Leasing Company, co-founded by Wadi Degla Holding and SANAD Fund, came in the tenth position, with a 3.05 percent market share and finances worth 260.5 million pounds during the first quarter, according to the EFSA report.
