El Batal braces for two new residential projects in New Cairo

Egyptian property developer El Batal Group is planning to launch two new residential projects with investments exceeding 1.3 billion Egyptian pounds ($74.1 million) in Fifth Settlement and New Cairo districts.
Emad Doss, chief executive of El-Batal Group, told Amwal Al Ghad on Wednesday that his company obtained a land at space of 34 feddans in New Cairo, scheduled to build a residential compound project involving 1000 social housing units.
Doss further said El Batal would conclude the compound within three years, with investments estimated at one billion pounds.
El-Batal's residential compound project in Fifth Settlement would include 250 social housing units, chairman Doss added.
Doss referred that the spaces of these units range between 50 and 100 square metres.
El-Batal is set to complete its project with investments worth 300 million pounds amid 2019.
