Published in Amwal Al Ghad on 19 - 07 - 2016

The Elite Real Estate Exhibition (EREEX) 2016 starts today in Egypt at the Cairo International Convention Centre; it will be held from 19 to 23 July.
EREEX is mainly specialised in the real estate sector in Egypt and the Arab region.
It is considered to be an international exhibition that includes several projects and companies, adopting a clear strategy to support the Arab economy in general and the Egyptian economy in particular.
It aims to develop the Egyptian real estate sector and create investment opportunities that attract many Arab and foreign investors.
The organiser of the exhibition is Eskan Global , a Kuwaiti company operating in organising exhibitions. The group organises more than five real estate exhibitions annually in the Gulf area. EREEX is its first exhibition in the Egyptian market.
The organising company said in a press release that the exhibition opening is attended by Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, and the ministers of housing, investment, planning, irrigation, antiquities, and industry, in addition to developers, business people, and owners of real estate companies.
Moreover, a huge conference will be held on the margin of the exhibition to discuss the most important opportunities and challenges facing the real estate sector in Egypt, as well as ways to develop it.
The conference will also discuss the role that the real estate sector can play in supporting and developing the Egyptian economy that is going through significant challenges at the present time.
furthermore, the conference held during the exhibition will focus on a number of factors, most prominently demonstrating various real estate projects and giving the investors the chance to choose suitable opportunities, discuss plans, and conduct deals that will ultimately serve the interests of the Egyptian economy.
The forum is expected to attract capital and deals, in addition to signing partnership contracts and memoranda of understanding for companies entering the Egyptian market for the first time. Moreover, a number of Kuwaiti companies are expected to announce new investments.
This exhibition should attract approximately 100,000 visitors from inside and outside Egypt.
Eskan group is aiming to establish its regional headquarters in Egypt. It is planning to transfer 70% of its external investments to the Egyptian market in the next period.
The company said that choosing Egypt to hold EREEX came within the company's belief in the promising opportunities in this market and its intense trust in the investment environment to attract Arab real estate companies.
