Egypt's Redcon develops three administrative buildings worth $72 mn

Egypt-based Redcon Construction Company starts developing three new administrative buildings in New Cairo with total investments worth 640 million Egyptian pounds ($72 million), its chairman Tarek El-Gammal said Sunday.
The three building will be established on a total area of 80,000 metre square, namely New Cairo Business Hub (84), New Cairo Financial Centre (140), Blue Capital (208).
Firstly, New Cairo Business Hub is a class A office building located at plot 84 – First Sector – New Cairo City Centre that is directly overlooking the southern 90 road right beside BNP Paribas Headquarters with total investments worth 270 million Egyptian pounds. The building is designed and constructed as a class (A) office building.
NCBH offers 20,000Sqm of office spaces for banks and multinationals at one of the most developed business districts in Egypt with all required amenities and facilities at place. The project is surrounded by Egypt's biggest banks' headquarters as well as notable multinationals.
Secondly, New Cairo Financial Centre offers 17,500 Sqm of Built–up area, distributed over 7 floors and triple basements to encompass building services and underground parking with total investments worth 170 million Egyptian pounds. The spaces are designed to accommodate the requirements of the financial sector of Egypt and Worldwide.
Thirdly, Directly overlooking the Northern 90 road, and designed and constructed as a class (A) office building, Blue Capital is the multinationals' and reputable companies' destination with total investments worth 200 million Egyptian pounds.
The building is divided into two towers offering wide range of areas with superior finishing specifications as well as offering an enjoyable and healthy working environment with a design that ensures day light accessibility to all office spaces.
Since its establishment as a company, Redcon has implemented over 125 projects for major companies, including Emaar, Al-Futtaim, Palm Hills, Al-Kharafi, Zayed Bin Sultan Al-Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, and Almarai for Dairy.
