Ceramica Cleopatra's CEO Plans EGP400mn Commercial Mall in Egypt

Ceramica Cleopatra Group's chairman Mohamed Abou El Enein announced he is planning to launch the largest commercial mall in Sixth of October.
The group is seeking to finalise the Construction operations of the mall within 3 years, noting that the new mall comes at the top of new investments package in which the group is aiming to pump during the next years, Abou El Enein noted.
Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad Arabic's Website, Abou El Enein asserted that the group had intentions to sell part of stakes in EGX, but it was delayed until the new investments will be pumped.
Furthermore, he added that Ceramica Cleopatra seeks boosting its market share to become 35% in 2 years instead of the current share that estimated at 25% through implementing new expansion strategy for injecting new investments in real estate and tourism investments.
