Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce "FEDCOC is planning launching a global promotional campaign to invest in Suez Canal Axis Development Project within the upcoming period. Chairman of the Chamber Ahmed Al-Wakeel requested that the project includes establishing global, industrial, service and logistics center so as to support the trade movement between Egypt and other countries. The promotional campaign will be for all components of the project including promotional to invest in airports, ports and specialized logistic areas, 16.5 feddan of industrial zones , 3.500 feddan of technological valley and technological university, 77.000 feddan for fish farms , 4 million feddan for agricultural areas along with tourist , recreational, commercial and infrastructure areas needed for the project from power plants, water and roads. Secretary General of FEDCOC Alaa Ezz El Din pointed out that all the available and long-term financial mechanisms for the sector such as banks, international development funds that exceeded €22 billion have been collected to use in alluring investments.
