Etisalat Joins Forces with Cisco to Deliver Enhanced Customer Benefits and Satisfaction Cisco announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Etisalat Misr, a leading telecom operator in Egypt licensed to provide mobile telecommunication services and all related services. The two companies will cooperate in the creation of a go-to-market strategy for Etisalat's business-to-business (B2B) customers focused on delivering integrated, value-added custom services, Enterprise managed services for Network, Security, Voice, Video Collaboration and technology solutions that utilize Etisalat Misr's network.
