Etisalat Joins Forces with Cisco to Deliver Enhanced Customer Benefits and Satisfaction
Cisco announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Etisalat Misr, a leading telecom operator in Egypt licensed to provide mobile telecommunication services and all related services. The two companies will cooperate in the creation of a go-to-market strategy for Etisalat's business-to-business (B2B) customers focused on delivering integrated, value-added custom services, Enterprise managed services for Network, Security, Voice, Video Collaboration and technology solutions that utilize Etisalat Misr's network.
As part of the agreement, Cisco and Etisalat Misr have agreed to pool resources and expertise to create, market and sell a wide portfolio of managed and enterprise services that will help Etisalat Misr serve its growing customers' needs, thereby enabling them to deliver enhanced customer benefit and satisfaction.
Cisco will also provide guidance and support for assessing different network design options for Etisalat Misr's networks, projects and initiatives.
