STC Launches the “Drive-Thru Self-Service" Machine

Mr. Jameel Abdullah Al Molhem, CEO of KSA Operations has launched the first Drive-Thru Self-Service Machine, at AlShate' venue in Dammam, that provides more than 35 services for Mobile and Fixed-line customers, which is considered the first of its kind in the Middle East and boosting STC's pioneer services among the regional telecom-operators.
The Drive-Thru Self-Service Machines are considered as one of the latest innovative and advanced solutions STC offers to its customers, and being the pioneer and the sole operator in the region to offer such a distinguished and creative service.
Al-Molhem said “Our inauguration come in-line with STC's overall strategy to meet our customers' expectation and needs through direct and instant ease-designed services ".
He added "STC is exclusively offering its' customers with 112 Self- Service Machines spread around most of the public places, such as; Malls, and offers instant services to customers seeking to either proceed with a payment transaction, new fixed-lines, activate a line or mobile package, such as; verve, broadband packages, interactive services InVision, or even an internet package or simply changing PIN numbers", as AMEinfo stated.
Al- Molhem highlighted the commitment of STC to boost further modern channels to match the customer's needs. And we are determined to increase the number of Self-Service Machines to reach up to 150 machines by the end of 2012, and he expressed his gratitude to the Eastern Province Municipality for their remarkable and appreciated contribution in making the successful launch of the new unique services from STC.
