Egypt's stock market (EGX) closed in the red area on Wednesday. * The benchmark index, EGX30, went down by 0.92 per cent, to 39,537.25 points. * The Shariah index, EGX33, dropped by 0.89 per cent, to 4,160.42 points. * The EGX35-LV index sank by 0.54 per cent to 4,411.14 points * The SMEs index, EGX70, fell by 0.41 per cent to 12,162.39 points. * The EGX100 index declined by 0.60 per cent to 16,103.66 points. The total market cap reached 2,827,508,176,253 Egyptian pounds. The Arabs and non-Arab foreigners were net sellers with a total of 1,876,900,521 Egyptian pounds and 694,471,646 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, the Egyptians were net buyer with a total of 2,571,372,167 Egyptian pounds. Top Gainers 1. The shares of A Capital Holding went up by 19.92 per cent to 8.490 Egyptian pounds a share. 2. The shares of Rowad Tourism (Al Rowad) Capital climbed by 8.59 per cent to 31.230 Egyptian pounds a share. 3. The shares of El Obour Real Estate Investment rose by 8.45 per cent to 26.700 Egyptian pounds a share. Top losers 1. The shares of Subscription Rights Of Macro Group Pharmaceuticals – Macro dropped by 18.83 per cent to 0.556 Egyptian pounds a share. 2. The shares of Gogreen for Agricultural Investment sank by 9.26 per cent to 2.450 Egyptian pounds a share. 3. The shares of Misr Cement (Qena) went down by 7.58 per cent to 135.260 Egyptian pounds a share.
