Egypt's stock market (EGX) closed in the green area on Monday. * The benchmark index, EGX30, went up by 1.42 per cent to 38,622.84 points. * The Shariah index, EGX33, scaled up by 1.79 per cent to 4,002.65 points. * The index EGX35-LV rose by 0.40 per cent to 4,336.6 points. * The SMEs index, EGX70, advanced by 0.71 per cent, to 12,163.75 points. * The EGX100 index climbed by 0.80 per cent, to 15,990.26 points. The total market cap reached 2,796,786,812,565 Egyptian pounds. The Egyptians and Arabs were net buyers with 5,774,219,751 Egyptian pounds and 695,723,792 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, the non-Arab foreigners were net sellers with 6,469,943,543 Egyptian pounds. Top gainers on Monday 1. The shares of South Cairo & Giza Mills & Bakeries rose by 20.00 per cent, to close at the price of 294.210 Egyptian pounds a share. 2. The shares of Saudi Egyptian Investment & Finance climbed by 12.96 per cent, closing at the price of 204.000 Egyptian pounds a share. 3. The shares of El-Nile Co. For Pharmaceuticals And Chemical Industries jumped by 9.85 per cent, to the purchasing price of 115.000 Egyptian pounds a share. Top losers on Monday 1. The shares of A Capital Holding fell by 6.32 per cent, to close at 7.850 Egyptian pounds a share. 2. The shares of Copper For Commercial Investment & Real Estate Development declined by 5.25 per cent, to close at 0.559 Egyptian pounds a share. 3.
