Cityscape Egypt to launch first international pavilion, eyes cross-border real estate ties

Cityscape Egypt 2025 will host its first international pavilion next month, bringing global developers to Cairo in a bid to expand cross-border real estate investment and strengthen Egypt's role as a regional property hub, organisers said on Thursday.
The exhibition, scheduled for Sept. 24–27, will feature developers from the UAE, Greece, Oman and Turkey, alongside Egyptian firms, according to organiser Informa.
"We are incredibly proud to introduce the first International Pavilion at Cityscape Egypt 2025," said exhibition director Robier Daniel.
"This new addition is a direct response to the market's evolution, where cross-border investment is becoming increasingly vital. The pavilion will serve as a dynamic hub, facilitating crucial connections between international developers and Egyptian investors, thereby creating new opportunities and further solidifying Egypt's position as a regional real estate leader."
Among the participants is Dubai-based DAMAC Properties, known for its luxury residential and leisure projects, and Greca Group, which will present energy-efficient housing in Greece aimed at Egyptian buyers seeking Mediterranean properties. Oman's Wujha Real Estate and Keller Williams' Golden Visa consultancy team will also showcase investment opportunities across Europe and the Gulf.
The event will include a panel discussion on Sept. 26 featuring Greca Group CEO Ahmed Abbassi, who will share insights on international market trends and investor strategies.
Cityscape's move comes as Egypt's real estate sector remains a key investment destination despite economic headwinds, with authorities promoting the industry as part of the country's Vision 2030 development plan.
