Egypt's Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly witnessed the inauguration of Emaar Misr's latest hospitality project, Palace Beach Resort Marassi, in the North Coast's Marassi resort, with EGP9 billion investments, according to a statement by the Cabinet. Operated by Emaar Hospitality Group, the new hotel marks the eleventh hotel within the Marassi portfolio, reinforcing the company's 18-year legacy in Egypt. Madbouly stated that the state is keen to promote tourism investment, especially in this unique location, aiming to transform the North Coast into a year-round economic and tourist destination, as outlined in the release. The new hotel spans 140,000 square metres and features 87 rooms and suites with unique views, as well as 31 luxury villas. Amenities include a meeting room, beachside restaurant, gym, pool, spa, and beauty salon. Mohamed Alabbar, Founder of Emaar Properties, said Palace Beach Resort Marassi reflects the company's commitment to providing world-class hospitality experiences that enhance Egypt's position as a premier global destination. Marassi has already attracted over four million visitors in 2024, with more than 30,000 hotel guests annually.
