Egypt's Islamist coalition the National Alliance for Legitimacy Support announced on Saturday that it will organise marches to embassies throughout Cairo to press for the reinstatement of deposed president Mohamed Morsi, in addition to two marches to protest the killing of at least three female pro-Morsi protesters during Friday clashes in the city of Mansoura. A spokesman for the Salafist El-Fadila Party announced at the pro-Morsi sit-in at Cairo's Rabaa Al-Adawiya Square on Saturday night that the alliance – led by the Muslim Brotherhood – will hold the marches on Sunday. There are also marches planned for Monday to press for Morsi's reinstatement. The two rallies protesting the female protesters' killings are scheduled to begin at 12:30 after noon prayers. One will head from Rabaa Square to the defence ministry, and the other will head to the National Council for Human Rights from Cairo University. The coalition also announced a march to the US embassy in downtown Cairo to "expose the US administration's role in plotting the military coup against democracy and to demand the US ambassador's expulsion." The Islamist coalition has repeatedly aimed this accusation at the US administration since Morsi's removal. The coalition said it will also organise marches to several embassies in downtown and Zamalek to demand international support for Morsi, elected in June 2012. Three women were announced dead by Egypt's health ministry late on Friday after clashes erupted between supporters of deposed president Mohamed Morsi and unknown assailants in Mansoura. The Muslim Brotherhood, the group from which Morsi hails, has vowed to continue peaceful protests until Morsi is reinstated, rejecting the popularly-backed overthrow of the Islamist president by the army's general chief Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi on 3 July.
