Egypt condemns Israel's power cut to Gaza

Egypt strongly condemns Israel's decision to cut electricity to Gaza, denouncing it as a new violation of international humanitarian law and the Fourth Geneva Convention.
In an official statement on Tuesday, Egypt's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed the country's categorical rejection of Israel's collective punishment policies, including blocking humanitarian aid to the Palestinian enclave. It warned that such actions will only escalate tensions in Gaza, deepening the ongoing crisis.
Cairo urged the international community to uphold its moral and legal responsibilities, calling for urgent measures to stop these violations and ensure the protection of Palestinian civilians.
