EGX closes mixed on April 16th

Egypt's stock market (EGX) closed mixed on Tuesday. The main index, EGX30 dropped by 0.73 per cent, to 29,400.84 points.
The small to mid-size enterprises' index, EGX70 rose by 0.86 per cent, to 6,754.02 points.
The index, EGX100 index jumped by 0.51 per cent, to 9,632.94 points.
The total market cap reached 1,984,636,525,138 Egyptian pounds.
The Egyptians and Arabs were net sellers with 8,863,455,487 Egyptian pounds, and 1,255,735,244 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, the Non-Arab Foreigners were net buyers with a total of 10,119,190,731 Egyptian pounds.
Top gainers on Tuesday
The shares of National Housing for Professional Syndicates (NHPS.CA) climbed by 19.99 per cent, to close at 52.820 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of El Kahera Housing (ELKA.CA) jumped by 10.61 per cent, to close at 1.741 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Asek Company for Mining – Ascom (ASCM.CA) surged by 10.05 per cent, to close at the price of 48.420 Egyptian pounds a share.
Top losers on Tuesday
The shares of North Cairo Mills (MILS.CA) declined by 5.73 per cent, to close at the price of 36.990 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Egyptian Gulf Marseilia For Real Estate Investment (MAAL.CA) fell by 4.66 per cent, to trade at the price of 3.070 Egyptian pounds a share.
The shares of Arabian Cement Company dropped by 4.46 per cent, to the purchasing price of 13.270 Egyptian pounds a share.
