Alexbank Launches Visa Inspire Global Debit Card in Egypt

AlexBank announced the launch of the visa Inspire Global Debit Card (Visa Inspire) in Egypt. Visa Inspire will be launched across 12 countries, offering all Alex Bank and Intesa Sanpaolo Group customers the ability to use their ‘Visa Inspire' cards to make purchases and withdraw funds at Intesa Sanpaolo group ATMs across Egypt, Italy, Russia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Albania, Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia and Ukraine. Intesa Sanpaolo plans to complete the launch of the card in remaining countries by the end of the first half of 2012.
AlexBank is offering the new ‘Visa Inspire' product to their existing international card segment as well as customers who are frequent travelers and would like to have easy access to their bank accounts and to benefit from the Visa Gold cards privileges, which are all available to Alex Bank Visa Inspire cardholders". The ‘Visa Inspire' card not only offers the customers peace of mind, convenience, security and global acceptance but will also offer the all the full benefits of the 'Visa Gold debit' cards including medical and legal referrals, 24/7 worldwide support, emergency card replacements, and global as well as local discounts and offers. As with all Visa debit cards, the ‘Visa Inspire card' can also be used at all 1.9 million visa-accepting ATMs around the world.

The ‘Visa Inspire Debit Card' is Alex Bank initiative and the first of its kind in the Egyptian market. The card features a vibrant, colorful design with a bold orange rim, making it easy to recognize in a wallet, and is identical to the Visa Inspire Global Debit cards being launched in the other 11 countries.
