Egypt's Orascom Construction PLC has witnessed an increase in its revenues by 45.2 percent by 1.9 billion Egyptian pounds in 2022, up from 1.3 billion pounds last year. The net revenues of the company increased by 45.6 percent the year before by 10.3 billion pounds in comparison to 7.1 billion pounds in 2021. The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange that it real estate sales recorded an increase of 20.7 percent to record around 11.1 billion pounds. The hotels revenues also boosts by 80.6 percent in 2022 to reach 1.6 billion pounds, due to the increase in the foreign tourism.
