After Microsoft known intentions, Twitter expressed interest in buying TikTok's U.S. operations
Published in Amwal Al Ghad on 09 - 08 - 2020

Twitter may be interested in buying TikTok, emerging as a late rival to Microsoft's bid for the Chinese video sharing app's US operations according to Reuters.
noting that it's very much an open question whether Twitter could put together an offer that outbids whatever Microsoft is willing to put on the table.
The news of Twitter and TikTok being in preliminary talks and Microsoft still being seen as the front-runner in bidding for the app's U.S. operations was reported earlier by the Wall Street Journal.
