"The ITU Telecom World 2012 represents an international platform that brings together key stakeholders from across the entire industry to discuss, interact, and share knowledge and experience on various themes related to the ICT sector. A major focus of the conferenceis the frequency spectrum aspects in addition to the broadband delivery, and challenges and obstacles facing the telecommunications sector worldwide," Dr Al Rawahi noted.
