It has been many times of mistrust among those who have been concerned about Egypt's government intention to restore the historic value of downtown which has been dubbed as Egypt's epicenter for conclaves and bustling places among social parties over the last century and home to lavish families and cafés. If your favored nostalgic hangouts are al-boursa district or downtown buildings ,you will not be glad about the backlash of Egypt's downtown now, you might be a little nervous to follow your steps in this view. The current view of downtown needs to be reengineered based on eco-solutions in tandem with implementation of pedestrian friendly zone with cars-ban area and building multi-story underground garage surrounding its borders to alleviate the citizens suffering to easily access this area. What has been for many decades glory antiquities get a nightmare to Egyptians, many of whom have aspirations to rejuvenate this area as a historic spot which can be imitated with other areas around the world, the public dream --khedival "ISMAIL BASHA" was holding to Egypt to be another sample of Rivera of Paris –is to some extent proved failure, so what happened as irrational exuberance degenerates into public despair by years of negligence and the mendacity of many crooks—who are trying postpone the decision of turning downtown to number one world destination-- blossomed into absurdity. There are many cheerful views about turning downtown into free-car zone adopted by Egypt's government and NGO's alike so we should pragmatically forge a new plan away from the rhetoric fiery speeches and empty polemic slogans which come out only with limbo. If we have good intentions to do it , we should not let the chance go by , as the plans come into fruition it will be able to annul this gaudy into the most metropolitan quarter in Egypt without honks and pollution which will be poignant scene motives Egypt's people to be positive citizens. Finally, we should raise the public awareness in adapting and supporting” carpooling culture” to reduce congested areas in the rush.
