The Prosecution's investigations into the death of singer Leila Ghofran's daughter and her female friend have uncovered sensational details, as South Giza Prosecution received forensic reports on the examination of exhibits and an analysis of the blood sample found on the shirt of the accused Mahmoud Eisawi. The prosecution questioned forensic doctor Ayman Kamar on the number of stabs received by the two victims and the space between them and the accused. The prosecution also received the results of the analysis of blood stains found on the training suit worn by the defendant. The forensic medicine department is expected to examine a leather handbag belonging to victim Heba Al Akkad with blood stains inside it. The prosecution yesterday listened to a new statement by singer Leila Ghofran. Her lawyer summated a memo to the prosecution including information on the murder of her daughter Heba and her friend Nadine Khaled inside the latter's apartment in Sheik Zayed district. Heba's husband, Ali Essam Eddin, went to the Prosecution with his lawyer and the defendant's father was asked about the blood found on his son's clothes. Leila Ghofran's lawyer said that he and his client had managed to identify the gold through Heba's photos on the Internet. The prosecution is expected to confront the husband of Leila Ghofran's daughter with his contradictory statements particularly as the victim's colleague, Adham Adel, said in the investigations that he knew very well where the apartment was as he had gone there more than once. Al-Masry Al-Youm has learnt that the reports received by the prosecution included the memorandum on the autopsy on the two victims. This memorandum talks about surgical interventions on Heba's corpse just a few hours after the accident and says that the instruments used in the crime, which have been seized, included a knife, an iron crowbar and the defendant's training suit and pants. Ali Essam told Al-Masry Al-Youm that he came to the prosecution to hand over two pieces of gold jewelry belonging to his wife Heba, including the marriage ring, and that he brought with him a police note saying that he had received the victim's golden jewelry from the hospital.
