Ayman Nour, Founder of Ghad (tomorrow) Party, said he is seriously considering a request to the public prosecutor to return him to prison to complete his sentence and to cancel the previous decision releasing him for health reasons. Speaking to Al-Masry Al-Youm, Nour said the freedom of the body has no value if all rights guaranteed by the Constitution, the law and even divine laws, were restricted. He referred to what he has been suffering since he was released. He said he was denied practicing politics or his career as a lawyer after he was struck of the roll of the Bar Association. In addition, the Parties Affairs Committee issued a decision confiscating the Ghad Party for the benefit of Moussa Mustafa Moussa, who is in dispute with Ihab al-Khouli over the party's chairmanship.
Nour had visited the public prosecutor's office and met with Chancellor Adel al-Saeed, head of the technical office. Although Nour refused to reveal the reasons behind such a visit, there were reports that he called for changing the conditional release with a release for health conditions after he was deprived of all his legitimate rights.
