Cairo - Dissident leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, Tariq Al-Bishbishi, said that Hamas has lost much of its popularity and lost much of the sympathy among the Arab people, especially in Egypt, after the so-called Arab Spring revolutions, because of their interference in the affairs of many Arab countries. Al-Bisbishi raised scepticism over Hamas sincerity over its decision to dissolve its relation with the Brotherhood after their exit from Qatar, Indicating that the movement uses the same tricks of the Brotherhood in the selection of deceptive words and raising the chants of resistance, and/or by presenting itself as a political movement recognizing democratic tools. He signalled that the movement adopts the Islamic reference, saying that they insist on using religion in the political conflict to gain the sympathy of people from all over the Arab world. He underlined the increasing contradictions in the document, saying, "How does the movement recognize the establishment of a Palestinian state on 1967 borders, while it insists on 1948 borders?"
