Two separate explosions took place at Besiktas Vodafone Arena Stadium. Turkish Police officers around the stadium opened fire in the air as the explosion took place. The explosion took place in the Northwestern part, outside the stadium. Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu said that the attack has been carried out with a bombed vehicle at the point where riot police force stood after the football supporters disintegrated, reporting close to 20 policemen being wounded. At the time, no dead had been officially reported by the Turkish authorities. The explosions took place after Super Toto Super League match between Besiktas and Bursaspor at Vodafone Arena, Istanbul. In the statement made from the Bursaspor club, no team supporters are declared injured by the team's fan groups. Istanbul Police Chief Mustafa Çalışkan examined the scene. The explosion was heard in Üsküdar and Beylerbeyi near Taksim, Nişantaşı, Kabataş, Beşiktaş and Anatolia.
