Egypt's Minister of Tourism Yehia Rashed said Wednesday that the cabinet discussed a number of procedures to boost the tourism sector, Al-Bawaba News reported. The meeting was concerned of ways to increase the numbers of tourists to 10 million with a total revenue of $12bn through online marketing and direct regular flights to touristic sites. "Plans to target 35 new promising touristic markets," Rashed added, signaling to cabinet's approval to increase expenditure on touristic purposes. Cabinet as well reviewed ways of maintaining Egypt's reputation abroad by confronting counter information in addition to particular attention to the national touristic product.
