The EgyptAir plane hijacker's ex-wife is currently living in Cyprus which indicates personal motives were behind the hijack, Egyptian state-run TV reported on Tuesday. The plane, an EgyptAir domestic flight moving from Alexandria to the capital Cairo, was forced to land in Cyprus' Larnaca Airport earlier on Tuesday. The hijacker has been identified as Ibrahim Samaha, Egyptian security circles have said. Samaha was on Seat 38 k, they added.
