Sadek meets his Italian counterpart in Cairo to discuss Regeni's case

Public prosecutor, Nabil Sadek met Monday his Italian counterpart, Giuseppe Buitoni, in Cairo to discuss latest results of investigation in the murder of Italian student, Giulio Regeni, Youm7 News reported.
Both sides have also discussed ways of cooperation between the Egyptian and Italian authorities in order to speed the final results of the investigation and accurately identify the facts behind Regeni's death.
Regeni was found dead at Cairo-Alexandria highway in February, which provoked wide international condemnation from EU countries and others towards Egyptian investigations.
