President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi has discussed Monday at the Japanese cabinet headquarters with Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe ways to boost bilateral relations, presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef said. Abe praised Sisi's speech to Japanese parliament, which took place this morning, stressing that it reflects the extent of Egypt's appreciation for Japan and its people, Youssef said. Japan's prime minister noted that his country pays a great deal of attention to developing relations with Egypt, both at bilateral and regional levels, as it views Egypt as the pillar of stability in the Middle East, Youssef pointed out. He stressed that his country seeks to enhance coordination between the two countries on international issues of common interest, Youssef added.
