The outlawed Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group's supporters demonstrated Friday without prior permit from Egyptian authorities in Sharqia governorate, Al Bawaba News reported. During the protest, MB supporters chanted anti-state slogans, as well as raising ousted President Mohamed Morsi's photo and Rabaa sign banners. "Unlicensed demonstrations" is criminalized in Egypt according to the Protest Law, issued by interim authorities following the ouster of MB rule in July 2013.
