Sisi congratulates newly-elected parliament speaker

Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Sunday sent a cable of congratulation to the newly-elected parliament speaker Ali Abdel A'al.
Abdel A'al, professor of constitutional law at Ain Shams University, has been elected as the parliament speaker with 436 votes.
