Minister of International Cooperation, Sahar Nasr will visit Kuwait Sunday, to meet with Arab financial institutions, in order to discuss funding of development projects in Sinai, Al-Bawaba News reported. Meanwhile, General Director of Kuwait Fund for Development, Abdel Wahab Al-Badr revealed that the fund allocated $5.1 billion to support the development projects in Sinai Peninsula, with $300 million annually to finance projects within 5 years. Bader pointed out that the funding includes several projects in different sectors, such as housing, roads and agricultural development. He explained that Sinai is a promising region, stressing that the Kuwait fund for development does not have any objection to finance projects in Sinai, as long as the Egyptian government considers them a priority.
