The newly elected parliamentarian Mustafa Bakri on Thursday called on authorities to impose state of emergency after Acting Head of Zagazig University was severely wounded in a terror attack. Bakri added in his TV show "Facts and Secrets", aired on "Sada El-Balad" satellite channel, emergency should be applied once the parliament is convened. "The hand of terrorism is still active. We cannot let terrorists pursue their evil deeds," he said.
