New reports this week from the ISIS controlled city of Mosul in Iraq suggest that ISIS has stooped to a new low, issuing a Fatwa calling to kill infant children with Down's Syndrome. According to the blogger "Mosul Eye" which claims to report from the city, and had several revelations in the past, the Fatwa was issued by an Saudi ISIS religious leader named Abu Said Ljazrawi. The blog added that it was familiar with at least 38 confirmed cases of such murders in Mosul and in other ISIS-controlled cities in Syria as well. "Mosul Eye" claimed that the babies that were killed were between one week and three months old, and were all murdered by lethal injection or suffocation.
